Yes. Installations are designed to SBC 401 and the Saudi Electricity Company's connection requirements, with drawings stamped by Saudi Council of Engineers registered engineers. Circuits are tested — insulation resistance, earth continuity, loop impedance and RCD operation — and the results are issued as certificates at handover, not asserted verbally.
Yes. We prepare the load schedule and the submission, coordinate the substation or service position, and manage the process through to energisation. On new villas and buildings this frequently sits on the critical path, so it is applied for early rather than once the building is finished.
Two things. Water is often delivered by tanker alongside the mains, so underground and roof storage, pump sets and the pipework between them have to be sized for actual demand. And water hardness here is high, which affects fittings, water heaters and any filtration you specify. Both are design decisions, and both get discovered expensively if they are skipped.
Yes — soil, waste and vent to SBC 701, with the falls, access points and testing the municipality inspects. On F&B and industrial work that extends to grease interception and trade effluent provisions, which are separate approval items.
Yes. Rewiring or re-plumbing an occupied villa, office or clinic means working in phases with temporary supplies, isolations planned around the occupant's day, and outages agreed in advance. It takes longer than an empty building and needs to be priced that way from the outset.
